Welcome Back Faculty!

As AISG’s campuses came back to life for the start of a new school year, so did the energy and connection that make this community so special. Hallways filled with laughter, hugs, high-fives, and stories from summer adventures as faculty and staff reunited after time apart. From coffee catchups to team conversations, every moment reflected the genuine care people have for one another and the excitement of being back together again.

Throughout the week, faculty came together to prepare for the year ahead with enthusiasm and purpose. Classrooms were unpacked, bulletin boards came to life, and collaborative spaces buzzed with conversation as educators exchanged ideas and planned meaningful learning experiences for students. Whether reconnecting with longtime colleagues or welcoming new faces into the Ram community, every interaction reflected the supportive spirit that helps AISG feel like home.

This year’s theme, Engage, could already be seen and felt across campus. It showed up in the excitement of brainstorming together, in thoughtful conversations during workshops, and in the willingness to roll up our sleeves and work side by side to make AISG the unique place it is. Engagement at AISG means building relationships, creating opportunities for students to thrive, and fostering a culture where every member of the community feels valued, connected, and inspired to make an impact.

As we begin AISG’s 45th anniversary year, there is a deep sense of pride in both where we have been and where we are going. The impact of this community can be felt in every classroom, every shared moment, and every connection formed across campus. Together, our educators are preparing not only for another successful school year, but for a year of lasting impact, one that will strengthen our community, inspire our students, and continue shaping the future of AISG for generations to come.
