Celebrating Hard Work and Perseverance: AISG’s Class of 2026 IBDP Results

Congratulations to our Class of 2026 students for achieving outstanding International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) results!
This year, AISG welcomed its Full Diploma cohort, 56 candidates, up from 43 the year before, continuing a tradition of guiding every learner toward their own best-fit pathway to success.
Building on the strong foundation laid by the classes before them, this cohort matched that legacy step for step: results landed above the world average across the board, including a 34-point average Diploma Score (world average: 30.88), a 93% pass rate (world average: 82.6%) and 11% of students scoring above 40 points (out of 45).

This year's cohort didn't just grow, it excelled at every level. Students posted a mean exam grade of 5.35 against a world average of 4.9, with 48% achieving 35 points or more, a bar widely recognized for opening doors to the world's most competitive universities.
More than a quarter of the cohort, 27%, earned the Bilingual Diploma across Chinese, Korean, and Spanish, reflecting AISG's multilingual, globally minded approach to learning.
And at the very top, one AISG student achieved an IB Diploma Score of 43 out of a possible 45, among the highest scores attainable anywhere in the world.
With 35 subjects offered at AISG in 2026, students have exceptional breadth to shape a Diploma around their own interests and passions.
66% of AISG candidates earned the full two bonus points available for their combined Theory of Knowledge (TOK) and Extended Essay (EE) performance, well above the world average of 48.4%.
68% of students scored an A or B in TOK, and every AISG student who completed a Mathematics Extended Essay, 100%, achieved a B, 51.3 percentage points above the world average of 48.7%, more than double the global standard, one of the strongest results across any EE subject area.

The true impact of these results reaches well beyond scores. The IBDP at AISG is designed to inspire students to explore their passions, connect their learning to the real world, and develop the mindset of compassionate, globally minded leaders.
That impact now stretches across the globe: this year's graduates are headed to more than 150 universities in 17 countries and regions, from University of Oxford to Seoul National University, University of Hong Kong, University of Toronto to, New York University and Purdue University, carrying that same mindset with them into classrooms and communities worldwide (full list announced tomorrow).

We are incredibly proud of the Class of 2026 for their hard work, determination, and achievement. Their success reflects the strength of the AISG learning community, from our talented educators and supportive caregivers to our students themselves, who embody our mission and vision.
They leave AISG as part of a growing legacy of success, joining 6,500+ alumni admitted to the world's top universities, including Harvard University, the University of Cambridge, Yale University, the University of Toronto, the University of Hong Kong, Columbia University, Cornell University, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), Dartmouth College, Princeton University, the University of Edinburgh, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU), University College London (UCL), and Imperial College London, pursuing pathways across business, technology, medicine, the arts, and diplomacy.
Confident in their abilities and grounded in the values of an AISG education, the Class of 2026 are ready and already beginning to make a lasting impact wherever their journey has taken them - part of a legacy that keeps growing, class after class.
Tomorrow, we will be sharing the full list of University Acceptances – stay tuned.
