At AISG: Every Voice is Heard
Families often ask: Will my child feel seen? Will we feel part of the community? Will my child feel supported in and out of the classroom? Will our voices matter? At AISG, the answer is always yes!
At AISG, the answer is always yes. At AISG, every voice matters. Across classrooms, community events, and conversations big and small, students, caregivers, and faculty are empowered to speak up, advocate, and contribute. Because when every voice is seen, heard, and valued, a school becomes more than a place to learn, it becomes a place of belonging.
Grade 5 student Eaphy Z. shared:
“AISG didn’t just teach me how to speak up. They showed me that my voice mattered.”
That kind of student agency—whether contributing ideas in class or leading change in clubs—is deeply embedded in the AISG experience.
Caregiver Alex Koberstein reflected:
“AISG didn’t just support my kids, they supported me too. The teachers know my boys. They reach out. They care.”
This is what trust looks like: relationships where feedback turns into dialogue, and dialogue into partnership.
For our teachers, empowerment is just as important:
Ashley Faulkenberry, Elementary School EAL teacher, explained,
“I’m leading school-wide initiatives because AISG encouraged me. They empowered me too.”
And our alumni carry that same lesson forward:
Lisa Mo, now an entrepreneur, shared,
“AISG taught me to be confident in my ideas and take the opportunity to try.”
The AISG Impact is this: a community where everyone—students, caregivers, teachers, alumni—has a voice. A community where advocacy is built into our culture, where learning transforms into action, and where every person is seen, heard, and valued. Together, we grow stronger, with confidence and with impact.
This is just the beginning of our AISG Impact series. In the months ahead, we’ll be sharing stories of Impact in Learning, Impact in Community, and Impact Beyond Graduation.
