Our first PTA event of the year brought the AISG community together for an unforgettable Family Fun Day, filled with laughter, connection, and shared experiences! Designed to be a warm welcome for new and returning families, the day reflected our strong sense of community and the importance we place on building meaningful relationships. It was a chance for students, caregivers, faculty, and staff to reconnect after the summer and begin the school year with joy and energy!  

The event was held at our Science Park campus this year, which was an exciting change. To beat the late-summer heat, families flocked to the giant inflatable slide and splash pool, a highlight for our younger Rams who spent the afternoon laughing, cooling off, and making a splash. The water activities brought a festive and relaxed vibe to the day, giving students and parents alike the perfect way to enjoy the outdoors while staying refreshed. 

Our Upper Secondary student groups hosted booths with creative games, activities, and challenges for everyone to enjoy. With fun games and activities, these student-led stations not only entertained but also raised awareness for the causes and initiatives that each GCED group represents. It was a perfect example of Impact in Learning meeting Impact in Community, as students blended fun with purpose. 

Beyond the games and water fun, what stood out most was the spirit of togetherness. Conversations, shared laughter, and moments of genuine connection were everywhere, exactly the kind of environment that makes AISG more than just a school, but a place where people feel they belong. 

As the first PTA event of the year, Family Fun Day set the tone for what’s to come: a year of community building, collaboration, and shared purpose. It was a day that celebrated our PTA’s passion, our students’ creativity, and the welcoming spirit of AISG — with smiles, friendships, and memories that will carry into a year of lasting community impact.
