This year marks the third year that AISG has hosted a group of Elementary teachers from rural China as a part of our Training Center. Made possible through our partnership with Shining Star Foundation, one of our valued strategic partners, this incredible opportunity celebrated a shared passion for transformative education. 

The day began with a tour of our vibrant Ersha campus, where visiting educators stepped into an environment intentionally designed for creativity and active learning. This was followed by a professional development workshop on the power of inquiry-based learning, where they explored strategies to inspire student collaboration, reflection, and ownership of learning. The exchange of ideas was dynamic and inspiring, as educators engaged in meaningful discussions about teaching practices that break traditional boundaries. 

Classroom observations gave our guests a front-row seat to see inquiry in action. Many were amazed by our students’ self-discipline and intrinsic motivation, remarking on how confidently they navigated their own learning journeys. The visit also became a two-way learning experience as the teachers delivered demo inquiry-based lessons, receiving constructive feedback and encouragement from our faculty. 

This collaboration truly showcased AISG’s commitment to impact in learning and impact in community, strengthening local partnerships and embracing cross-cultural educational exchange. It was an opportunity not just to share our educational philosophy, but to learn from one another’s experiences and perspectives. 

Through the AISG Training Center, we continue to pursue our strategic priority to be a learning hub that shares best practices with both international and local educators. Our vision is to be recognized as thought leaders in curriculum design, teaching and learning, leadership development, positive peer coaching, and the student experience — locally, regionally, and globally. With every exchange like this, we grow alongside the educators who join us, united in a shared commitment to shaping the future of education.
