3-peat Champions and Breaking Records at APAC
Our student-athletes continued to excel across APAC events this season, showing remarkable skill, resilience under pressure, and outstanding sportsmanship. From historic three‑peat championships to breaking school records, our Rams represented AISG with pride, purpose, and the true spirit of competition.
Table Tennis
Table Tennis was hosted by CISS. Our Table Tennis squad delivered an impressive performance, with the Girls Team claiming 3rd place and the Boys Team finishing 6th. Standout achievements included 1st place Girls Singles for Iris T. — a three‑peat champion, winning three consecutive years — and 3rd place Girls Singles for Chloe Z. Iris and Nicole Y. also three-peated as 1st Place Girls Doubles champions, with Chloe Z. and Michelle H. finishing 2nd. On the boys’ side, Matthias W. earned 3rd place in singles. Their strong play was matched by their character, as they brought home the Spirit of APAC Award for sportsmanship, respect, and fair play.
Basketball
Boys’ Super 12 Basketball was hosted by WAB and Girls Basketball was hosted by UNIS. Facing tough competition, our Boys Basketball team battled hard to secure 9th place in the Super 12 APAC tournament. Their determination and perseverance on court earned Gordon D. All‑Tournament honors, recognizing his skill, leadership, and impact during games. Our Girls Basketball team competed with heart, finishing 10th place and earning the Spirit of APAC Award — a testament to their team unity and attitude throughout the tournament. Amara M. was named All‑Tournament Player, a well-deserved honor for her consistent performance and competitive drive.
Swim
Swim was hosted by SASPD. It was a record-breaking meet for our swimmers! The Boys Team placed 9th overall, with Paul Y. setting a new school record in the 200 Free and qualifying for finals. Paul Y., Hammerson Y., Jerry L., and Sunny L. also established a new record in the 400 Free Relay. The Mixed 200 Free Relay team — Crystal C., Ellie F., Paul Y., and Sunny L. — broke another school record. These achievements showcase the technical skill, preparation, and competitive spirit in AISG’s swim program.
Across table tennis, basketball, and swimming, AISG’s APAC athletes displayed not just talent, but the values that define our athletics program — discipline, sportsmanship, teamwork, and community pride. Every performance, from podium finishes to record-breaking swims, reinforces our goal of empowering students to strive for personal bests while representing AISG with honor on the international stage.
