Here's a unique opportunity for you to showcase your research and writing skills. 

This Spring the Yale Foreign Policy Initiative, a student-run organization dedicated to expanding access to foreign policy opportunities through competitive research partnerships with experts from around the world, is hosting an essay competition aimed at extending those opportunities to high schoolers. In the competition, students will choose a country, identify a global or domestic issue it faces, and propose a foreign policy approach to address the problem.

Essays will be reviewed by a number of undergraduate and graduate Yale professors, and the winning pieces will be showcased in YFPI-partnered publications. In addition, we will be rewarding $300 to the first place winner.
